The Telus Health Student Support app connects students with mental health counselors. Please note that the Telus Health Student Support is available to:

• Students residing outside of Illinois or international students who have paid the Health Service Fee for the current semester. If you are in Illinois and want to start mental health counseling, please call the Counseling Center at 217-333-3704.
• Beginning Fall 2025, students enrolled in degree-seeking or non-degree academic credit-bearing experiences that are not based on campus (including off-campus and online), paying the mandatory per credit hour fee.

The Telus Health Student Support app features:

• A tutorial to help you maximize the benefit of the app.
• Call or chat with a Student Support Counselor in real-time or schedule a telephone or video session. These sessions are completely confidential, which means no one will ever know you used the program unless you choose to tell them.
• Multilingual support if requested.
• A digital library full of helpful articles and videos.
