Support in Uncertain Times

Body

Equal access and rights for everyone are core values for the Counseling Center. We know that right now, there is a lot of uncertainty and that some feel angry, sad, fatigued, and overwhelmed. Coping with these emotions can affect your sleep, appetite, and ability to concentrate. We are here to support you in these uncertain times.

In addition to our counseling services, we can offer educational programming about stress management and coping with sociopolitical stress. If you'd like us to present to your organization or class, please complete our outreach request form

There are many campus resources available to assist you. Check out this guide for more information.
