Mission
The Eating Disorder Outreach Team (EDOT) at the Counseling Center provides a range of easily accessible and professional services to students, faculty, and staff members who are affected by or concerned for others struggling with disordered eating or body image concerns.
Priorities
- The team’s primary purpose is to provide education about prevention and management of disordered eating to students, faculty, and staff of the university community.
- The team provides preventative services and information as scheduled each semester as well as to those who request it.
- The team works in collaboration with other Counseling Center outreach teams as well as with campus organizations and units.
