Doing art can help you process your emotions and better understand yourself--and you don't even have to be "good" at art or have a lot of supplies to get benefits from participating in the creative process. Each session will include a guided visualization, creative arts-based activity, time for personal reflection, and group sharing strictly on a voluntary basis.
Please note that this is NOT A THERAPY GROUP. These weekly workshops are open to all University of Illinois students and are not confidential.
