Perfectionism Series

Many students are told that perfectionism is a good thing and necessary for success. However, studies show that perfectionistic attitudes can interfere with success. The desire to be perfect can both rob you of a sense of personal satisfaction and cause you to fail to achieve as much as people with more realistic expectations. This 3-part series helps students realize when perfectionism is more harmful than good and develop more realistic expectations.

For Spring 2022, this three-part workshop will be offered twice via Zoom. To register, please click below on the dates you want to register for. You will receive an email confirmation along with Zoom information to attend.

Series 1: March 3, 10, and 24, 1:30 to 3 p.m.

Series 2: March 25, April 1 and 8, 2-3:30 p.m.
