While I primarily conceptualize clinical concerns from a developmental, relational, and psychodynamic framework, I tend to draw upon a variety of interventions depending upon the needs and concerns of the client. I often incorporate concepts from DBT and ACT to help clients develop skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Working within a multicultural/feminist framework, I also work collaboratively with clients to understand the impact of social and environmental factors on health and well-being.
